After finding the "perfect" birthday present, Katarina informed me that they canceled my order due to unavailability of the product. This was done several days after placing the order and 24 hours before it was due to be received. As a frequent/dedicated Amazon Shopper I have to say, "Sorry Katarina, but never again with you."
